Built from the ground up by Sidney Pierce, Locked In Health brings together years of personal experience and nationally recognized training to guide you on your health journey.

For over 15 years, Sidney has been committed to his own growth—exploring resistance training, running half marathons, and developing a deeper understanding of both physical and mental health. Through that journey, he learned a truth many people , including himself, have struggled with: results don’t come from workouts alone or dieting alone—it’s the combination of both, done consistently, that creates lasting and visible change.

Rooted in the importance of mental health, discipline, and overcoming common barriers, Locked In Health is designed to help you master both your body and your mindset—so that healthy choices become a lifestyle, not a temporary phase.

With a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) certification, Sidney combines real-life experience with proven strategies to deliver well-rounded, effective programs.
